Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through vedrly.com, operated by REGINA CASH SARL (trading as Vedrly), a limited liability company registered in Morocco (ICE: 00347252000069 — RC: 21931).

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, tax collection, and refund disbursements on our behalf. By purchasing a Vedrly subscription you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Vedrly after your first paid billing period, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge date. No questions asked.

  • The 14-day period starts from the date of your first payment (not from the end of any free trial).
  • Only the first payment on a new subscription is eligible for this guarantee.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle Customer Portal (accessible from a link in any Paddle billing email or from your Vedrly account settings).

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period unless required by law.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or monitoring data.

3. Refunds After the 14-Day Window

After the 14-day guarantee period, payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may grant refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • A billing error resulting in a duplicate or incorrect charge.
  • A significant service outage or failure directly caused by Vedrly that was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Circumstances required by applicable consumer protection law (including EU/EEA and UK regulations where applicable).

To request a discretionary refund, contact support@vedrly.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription renewals after the 14-day window has passed.
  • Add-ons or one-time purchases (if applicable), unless a billing error occurred.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms and Conditions.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Once we approve a refund:

  • Paddle will issue the refund to your original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund is initiated.

6. Free Trial

Vedrly offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. No charge is made during the trial period. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your account will revert to the free tier — you will not be charged automatically.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes shall first be resolved informally; if unresolved, they will be referred to the competent courts of El Jadida, Morocco.
